1. Overview

This website is operated by LumaLull ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please also read our Privacy policy, Refund policy and Shipping policy, which form part of these terms.

2. Our product

The LumaLull LED face mask is a cosmetic device for at-home skincare. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Results vary from person to person. Do not use the mask, or ask your doctor first, if you are pregnant, have a light-sensitivity condition (such as epilepsy triggered by light), take medication that makes your skin sensitive to light, or have broken or irritated skin. Keep your eyes closed during use and follow the included user manual. You must be 18 or older to buy from this store.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. Discounts such as "Gift one, keep one" are applied automatically in the cart and may end without notice. We may cancel an order if a price was shown in error; if we do, we refund you in full.

4. Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud, if the product is out of stock, or if the shipping address is outside the United States. If we cancel an order you paid for, we refund you in full.

5. Shipping, refunds and the 14-Night Test

Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy. Refunds, the 14-Night Test, and damaged or defective items are covered by our Refund policy.

6. Accuracy of information

We try to describe and show the product accurately. Some photos on this site are illustrative lifestyle images; the product you receive is the mask, USB cable and user manual described on the product page. Colors and light intensity may look slightly different on your screen.

7. Reviews and content you send us

If you post a review or send us photos, you confirm they are your own and honest, and you allow us to display them on our site and in our marketing. We never edit a review to change its meaning, and we don't remove reviews because they are negative.

8. Intellectual property

The text, images, videos and design of this site belong to LumaLull or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of the state where you live.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
