Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. We can't ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or PO Boxes.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, and every order is tracked.

Delivery times

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders ship from a warehouse in the United States. Most arrive within 4–11 days of ordering.
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays can happen, especially around holidays.

Christmas delivery

To receive your order before Christmas, order by December 12.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to show movement.

Address problems

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it before it ships. We can't redirect a package once it is in transit.

Lost or damaged packages

See our Refund policy. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, we'll replace it or refund you in full.
